Asset Manager
Mrs. Flores is an Asset Manager for the Multi-Family real estate portfolio at Interwest.
Before joining Interwest, she spent 15 years in Property Management, ascending from Leasing Agent to Community Manager, with exposure to an array of asset types and management companies.
Spending a majority of her career in the downtown San Diego market, Mrs. Flores possesses expertise in affordable housing programs, historic & luxury high-rise assets with an emphasis on repositioning/rebranding and renovation projects.
In her free time, she enjoys playing with her French Bulldogs Nixon & Hazel, as well as traveling, and trying new restaurants with her husband Julio.
