Ryan Fashandi
Capital Markets & Investor Relations Associate at Interwest Capital
Mr. Fashandi is responsible for supporting Interwest Capital’s capital markets and investor relations functions, with a focus on fundraising initiatives and relationship management across the firm’s institutional and private partners.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Fashandi completed a rotational internship at Interwest Capital, where he worked across the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams. During this time, he underwrote over $250 million in prospective multifamily acquisitions and contributed to asset performance initiatives across the firm’s national portfolio.
A native San Diegan, Mr. Fashandi studied Finance and Real Estate at San Diego State University and attended IE Business School in Madrid.
