Chris Nesbitt
VP, ACQUISITIONS
Mr. Nesbitt is focused on nationwide value-add investment opportunities for Interwest Capital Group (ICG). Prior to ICG Chris previously served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Sunroad Enterprises and before that as the Vice President of Asset Management at Pacifica Companies in San Diego overseeing diverse real estate holdings on behalf of ownership in both positions.
Mr. Nesbitt received his MSRE from The University of San Diego and earned a BGS distinction. Chris is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Texas with a CCIM designation and an active member of The San Diego Yacht Club and Urban Land Institute.
