Will Lamond
VP, ACQUISITIONS
Mr. Lamond is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition opportunities across the Southeast with a focus on the Texas, Orlando, and Tampa markets. Prior to joining Interwest he served as the Director of Acquisitions for CONTI Capital, a Dallas based real estate investment firm. During his tenure at CONTI, he was involved in over $1.5b in transaction volume and the deployment of 2 discretionary funds totaling over $300m in equity placement.
Mr. Lamond is a graduate of Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in entrepreneurship. He is also an active member of YPO Next Generation’s (YNG) San Diego chapter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, concerts and cheering for TCU football (Go Frogs!)
