Portfolio Operations Manager
As Portfolio Operations Manager, Madison “Maddie” Haynie oversees the operational, financial, and administrative infrastructure across the firm’s real estate investment portfolio. This role is responsible for managing portfolio-wide insurance programs, coordinating real estate tax assessments and appeals, and leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of company-wide software and operating systems.
Maddie manages the firm’s investment management platforms, supports transaction execution as a transaction coordinator, and directly manages a select group of portfolio properties across various asset classes. She provides a strong focus on organization, compliance, and process improvement.
Ms. Haynie earned her B.A. in Sociology with a Minor in Political Science from The University of California Merced. Prior to her start at Interwest she worked for a small Property Management company in San Diego as an Assistant Property Manager. Her passion for Real Estate has driven her to explore the different facets of the industry.
