Denise Fizzuoglio
ASSET MANAGER
Mrs. Fizzuoglio is an Asset Manager for the Multi-Family real estate portfolio at Interwest, focusing on the properties’ operations and performance.
Prior to joining Interwest Capital, Mrs. Fizzuoglio was a Senior Community Manager in San Diego with Carmel Partners and Greystar. Mrs. Fizzuoglio has several years of student housing experience in various markets, where she increased revenue and minimized fiscal exposure. Mrs. Fizzuoglio has also played a key role in the execution of property-wide renovations and successfully leased up a new construction mixed-use project.
Mrs. Fizzuoglio graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later acquired her California Real Estate Salesperson license.
