Mr. Rodriguez is part of the asset management team at Interwest Capital, focusing on operational performance, value-add renovations, and portfolio optimization.
Prior to joining Interwest Capital, Mr. Rodriguez worked as an asset manager for Liberty Asset Management, where he supported the management of military housing across the West Coast. Previously, he held a similar role at Comunidad Realty Partners, overseeing workforce housing units across California and Texas.
Mr. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from San Diego State University.
