Ryan Fashandi
Investor Relations Associate
Mr. Fashandi is responsible for facilitating investor communications and fostering relationships with our capital partners.
Prior to assuming his current position, he completed a rotational internship at Interwest Capital working with both the Acquisitions and Asset Management teams. During this time, he underwrote over $250 million in prospective multifamily acquisitions and assisted the Asset Management team by analyzing and implementing various asset optimization strategies.
He received a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University, Fowler College of Business.
